2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, technical data is processed automatically (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system). This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with IONOS.
3. Request form and contact by email
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email, phone, loading and destination place, details of the cargo and vehicle) to handle your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You receive an automatic confirmation by email. Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary to carry out the transport, e.g. to shipping lines, forwarding partners and customs authorities. As we organise shipments to Africa, the data needed for this is also transferred to countries outside the EU, e.g. to shipping lines, port agents and the receiver in the destination country (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months at the latest; for orders, the statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies, e.g. to remember your chosen language. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Fonts
For a consistent appearance, this website uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please write to info@kambicargo.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
