Customs service: your export paperwork in good hands
Every container leaving Germany needs an export declaration with German customs. Many customers get stuck with forms and technical terms. We take care of it for you.
What we do for you
- Check your documents (packing list, invoice, vehicle papers)
- Find the commodity codes (customs tariff numbers) for your cargo
- File the export declaration with German customs (ATLAS) on your behalf
- MRN number and export confirmation for your records
- Coordinate with the shipping line and port so your container can be loaded
- For vehicles: vehicle details and chassis number (VIN)
The numbers and documents we take care of
ATLAS export declaration
The electronic declaration of your cargo in ATLAS, the German customs system.
MRN number
The export reference number customs issues after the declaration. It is needed for loading at the port.
Commodity codes
The customs tariff numbers for each type of goods in your container, for example vehicles, tyres or clothes.
EORI number
We declare under our own EORI number as your representative. Private customers usually don’t need their own. Commercial senders need their own EORI number; we help with the application.
Exit confirmation
Customs’ confirmation that your goods have left the EU. Important as proof, for example for traders.
